Fitness Class Schedule

Everyone into the pool! There are many benefits of working out in the water. Aqua Fitness classes are great for those with joint pain, arthritis, or anyone who just loves the water.  Check out some of the Aqua Fitness classes offered.  To see specific class times and to register online check out

$3 Members | $5 Non-members

Participants will track their laps for a chance to be crowned Top Swimmer and qualify for a variety of prizes! Eligible laps can be earned at the Margaret Young Natatorium by swimming laps or attending an Aqua Fitness class. All you need is to track your laps and present those laps to the front desk staff. We will track your progress for you! 

Your Time-Your Way Pass^

$40 Members/8 Punches* | $44 Non-members/8 Punches*

This pass allows access to all of the "Your Time-Your Way", classes, up to 8 times per month.  This allows you to use Your Time-Your Way, which gives you the flexibility to attend classes around your schedule, instead of restricting to one type of class for the month.  Classes available for the pass are:

  • Water Works
  • Deep Water Fitness Training
  • Tabata
