Registration for February classes will open on January 1st.
Registration for March classes will open on February 1st.
Registration for April classes will open on March 1st.
Registration for May classes will open on April 1st.

Everyone into the pool! There are many benefits of working out in the water. Aqua Fitness classes are great for those with joint pain, arthritis, or anyone who just loves the water.  Check out some of the Aqua Fitness classes offered.  To see specific class times and to register online check out

Water Works incorporates aerobics, strength, balance and flexibility all into one class. Expect the unexpected, as the class changes to include brain plasticity exercises, intervals and more.  

We will no longer be offering punch passes for fitness classes in the Fall Season.  If you currently have a punch pass, the expiration date will be extended until March 31st, 2021.
