We’re Now Open!
The Frog Pond Water Park will open on May 29, and the Margaret Young Natatorium is now open at 50 percent capacity. We care deeply about the safety and well-being of our patrons. Part of our service is providing a safe environment for you and your family. Things are going to be different here, but these changes are centered around you and your family being able to enjoy our facility while still continuing to fight the spread of the coronavirus.
Social Distancing Guidelines
- To keep you and our team members safe, wearing a mask is required in the lobby area of the Margaret Young Natatorium.
- To keep you and our team members safe, wearing a mask is encouraged when on the pool deck or while waiting in line for the concession stand.
- If you feel ill, have a fever, and or cough, please do not enter this facility.
- When visiting the facility please maintain a distance of 6ft from others.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. When necessary, use hand sanitizer as an alternative.
Precautions We’re Taking
- We have tables set 6 feet apart throughout the facility.
- We have social distancing signs and markers set up in the Frog Pond Water Park (once open).
- We have staff specifically assigned to monitor social distancing.
Capacity Monitoring
Staff will be monitoring the number of patrons at the Margaret Young Natatorium and the Frog Pond Water Park once open. The number is based on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call our weather hotline at 972.919.8721 to know if the Margaret Young Natatorium and the Frog Pond Water Park have reached the maximum capacity.
