Fitness Class Schedule

Everyone into the pool! There are many benefits of working out in the water. Aqua Fitness classes are great for those with joint pain, arthritis, or anyone who just loves the water.  Check out some of the Aqua Fitness classes offered.

Water Works

Times:  9:30 am-10:15 am
Days:  Monday & Wednesday
Prices:  $32 Members, $36 Non-Members
Instructor:  Your Time Your Way (Rotha Crump)

Let the Water Works benefit you with increased strength, balance, range of motion/flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.  Participants will experience stress reduction.  This 30 minute class is for every level, as the instructor will teach exercise in levels.  Let the ideal environment of water benefit your health and well-being.

Your Time-Your Way Pass 

This pass allows access to all of the "Your Time-Your Way", classes, up to 8 times per month.  This allows you to use Your Time-Your Way, which gives you the flexibility to attend classes around your schedule, instead of restricting to one type of class for the month.  Classes available for the pass are:

  • Water Works

  • Deep Water Fitness Training

  • Tabata
