This class offers a unique mix of formats by our experienced team of Off The Deep End Aquatics Instructors. Some of the formats you'll experience are; Aqua Tabata, Aqua Pilates, H2O Fit and Planking with Strength Training. Core and Cardio will be incorporated into each class. All fitness levels are welcome.
AcquaFitness program includes various protocols including postural techniques, boxing, toning, as well as choreographic routines. Each position has been designed to use the water resistance in an innovative way allowing you to create maximum movement and a killer core! Boxing is the optimum energy fostering training program for the whole body: Kicks, punches, jump, varied boxing techniques strengthen the body, stamina, coordination, agility and elegance of movement, as well as command of the body.
